1 lb of dried salt cod

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Put all the veggies in a bowl. Grind all the seeds in a grinder. Add the Old Bay mix to the seeds. Season it with pepper and salt. Put the cod in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the oil and lemon juice over the fish. Spray the spice mix over the cod and the veggies. Bake until the fish gets an internal temp of 140 F.
