How to Broil Fillets

To broil, set the oven to the top setting. After preheating the broiler, cook the fish for 5 minutes. Afterwards, add more lemon juice and butter. After cooking for another 5 minutes, the fillets should be ready.
How to Cook Cod Fish with Parmesan

Olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Pasta
Pasta sauce
Butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with olive oil. Set the fish fillets in a single layer. Pour the pasta sauce over the cod. Cook the fillet for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. Prepare the pasta as the fish is being cooked. Follow the directions as indicated in the pasta package.
When the fillet is cooked, take it out of the oven. Top it with some parmesan cheese. Return the fillets in the oven and cook for ten more minutes. Serve the cod with the pasta.
Sautéed Cod
Ingredients
Cod fillets
Lemon juice
Butter
Pasta or green salad
Directions
Slice the fillets in two inch chunks. Dry with paper towels. Flavor it with lemon juice. Melt one-fourth butter in a nonstick frying pan. Set it to medium heat. Cook the cod in the pan for 10 minutes. Flip the fillets until both sides are cooked. This dish can be served with green salad or pasta.
Tips
You can have whole fillets as a light main course. Just cook each side for five minutes. Aside from pasta, the dish can also be served with rice and other food. You can use different kinds of pasta noodles. Cook as indicated in the package.
As you learn how to cook cod, remember that the flakiness always determines if it is cooked. After the prescribed cooking period has elapsed, fork the fillets. It is cooked if it easily flakes. If it doesn’t, you will have to cook it for another couple of minutes.
